As a front-end software engineer, you will be working with a small team to maintain and evolve a website application used to assemble and deploy project teams. Your work will include a mix of product improvements and maintenance for our scalable out-of-the-box product to be used by IT Professionals and Management Consultants, plus enterprise customizations. Essentially, you’ll be working on a software experience that is built for and often benefits people like you.
We look for team members that aren’t robot developers but feel comfortable challenging and providing better solutions around the user experience, development processes, and anything else so that they contribute to the product in a positive way. Being up to date with the latest trends and having knowledge of best practices will help. This role has the option to turn into a longer-term leadership position as the team grows and should that be of interest.
This is a full-time onsite role with full U.K. pension paid by the company at 8% of salary. In addition, all employees earn equity options into the company, meaning if we do well, you do well.
